WELCOME BACK!
Welcome back, Captain, aka Roland Turner. We missed you. Turner took a month off to find his game, and he came back with a vengeance with a red hot putter and irons to match. His game took a vacation over the past few years, but he returned to 2019's style of golf last Sunday. He set a league record of 23 putts surpassing Lonnie Knowles' 2017 record by two fewer putts. The Captain led wire to wire at Tour 18 last week. With the Captain getting his groove back and Jarrod Ballou being the hottest player on the planet right now, maybe just perhaps, the Blue team will have a chance in the Culture Cup next month. The Red Team is stacked with talent with Sanchez, Cerisano, Gomez, Garcia, and Ramos, to name a few. I am not overlooking the White Team with the Beaumont connection the Colberts, alone with outstanding newcomers Bulthouse, Walls, Brandon. The ten-man team will be a great way to celebrate our 10th season, so Captain, stay hot cause the Brothers are depending on you; Congratulations on your win at Tour 18.
