Isom Johnson has become the third player to have multiple wins this season. He's the second player to have back-to-back wins. Vincent Gilmore won consecutively at North Gate and went on to win his first major, The PGA championship, at Panorama in May.
The league is tremendously competitive right now. Many players are playing some great golf. So winning two tournaments is a feat within itself. Johnson pulled off a rare victory by winning low net and low gross. He is hot right now and has a chance to do what no player in the league's history has been able to do.That is win three tournaments in a row.
Isom came out blazing going four under in the first five holes. It was like "catch me if you can" from that moment forward. Jeremy Williams and Jesus Pulio attempted to be a buzzkill but Isom was not in the mood for anyone to spoil his party.
